DOMESTIC USA CUSTOMERS
All domestic orders are fulfilled same day and sent via USPS First Class Mail. Customers are provided a tracking number and can expect the parcel to arrive between 2-5 business days as per USPS estimates. Any order containing a hat comes with a complimentary Record High collectors edition hat box. You can expect your hat to arrive in excellent condition
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and destination with the USPS First Class International Package calculator. After inputting your shipping address, your shipping rate will be displayed before finalizing checkout. USPS First Class International delivery estimates 3 to 14 days depending on region. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. Shipping charges for exchanges and returns are paid by the customer. Custom made orders are ineligible for return.
